These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications (whether written or oral) relating to the Site, its content, and products sold through the Site.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time without notice. You should review them periodically. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not continue using the Site.

By posting User Generated Content, you grant the Company a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable, fully paid, and sub‑licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, and publicly display such content worldwide.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User Generated Content and that the content is accurate and not misleading.
We do not pre‑screen User Generated Content but reserve the right to remove, modify, or refuse any content at our discretion. User Generated Content does not reflect the views of the Company.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable for User Generated Content or for any loss, cost, damage, or expense arising from it.
All suggestions, feedback, ideas, reviews, and other materials submitted to us (“User Comments”) are treated as non‑confidential and non‑proprietary, and we may use them without compensation.
Purchases and Payments
When purchasing goods from the Site (“Products”), you represent and warrant that:
- All payment information provided is true, accurate, and complete
- Charges will be honoured by you and your payment provider
You agree to pay all charges, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a prompt refund to the original payment method.

Special Offers, Discount Codes, and Promotions
Sheldon and Hammond Pty. Ltd reserves the right to limit, pause, or modify promotions at its discretion.
- Promo codes must be used at checkout
- Codes cannot be applied retrospectively
- Codes cannot be stacked or combined
- Codes cannot be used in tandem with other offers
Returned products will be refunded at the discounted price paid. Discount codes are valid for one transaction only and for six (6) months from issue.
Newsletter Subscription Competition

Subscribers during the promotional period will be automatically entered to win one (1) Fellow Espresso Series 1 Machine valued at AUD $2,599.
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. One entry per person. The winner will be drawn in the first week of June 2026 and notified via email.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Disclaimer
The Site and all materials and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non‑infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error‑free and reserve the right to correct errors at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant Product. Any claim must be commenced within one (1) year of the cause of action arising.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Site.
Miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Australian courts.
